The terms for using this website and choosing whether to receive text messages from Kingdom Kapital.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business identified in any inquiry or application you submit.
Kingdom Kapital is a funding broker, not a lender. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, an offer, or specific terms. Products, amounts, pricing, and repayment terms depend on the funder and the business's qualifications. Review every agreement before signing it.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit another person's information without authorization, or use the site for unlawful activity.
If you opt in, Kingdom Kapital may send marketing texts about business funding services and/or non-marketing texts about your funding inquiry, consultation appointments, application status, and customer-service requests.
Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Our forms present two separate, unchecked, optional consent boxes:
You may choose either, both, or neither program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a form, receiving services, or obtaining funding.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 929-263-2226. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the date above. Changes apply when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
