Business finance & capital advisory
We learn what you're building toward, whether that's a private equity sale, taking the business public, an expansion, or refinancing debt. Your advisor reads the current environment, writes a long-term plan, and introduces the business to the capital facility most suited to its current environment.
Our approach
We learn your goal first. Then we read the current environment: cash flow, EBITDA, existing debt, and what the business can actually carry. Your advisor builds a long-term plan from that reading, and the facilities follow it, one at a time.

We start with the goal you named, then we read where the business stands: cash flow, EBITDA, existing debt, and true debt-service capacity. We finish that analysis before we recommend anything.
Your advisor turns that reading into a long-term plan. Sometimes the plan is to strengthen cash flow or EBITDA before any new capital, or to bring cash flow in now and line up a longer refinance for later. When the numbers support it, the path might be a bank facility, an SBA loan, or asset-based lending, and your advisor explains why.
We move you into the right facilities one at a time, and we see each one through to close. The same advisor stays from the first conversation to funding.
Capital solutions
Speed matters, and so does structure. Our analysis of cash flow, EBITDA, and existing debt shows which facility fits the business, so the right one can move quickly and hold up long after funding. In most cases, that's a term loan or an asset-based facility.
A term loan provides a fixed amount of capital at a market interest rate, repaid on a defined schedule. Kingdom Kapital maintains relationships with multiple banking institutions, each with its own risk appetite, so a transaction one institution declines, another may approve on favorable terms. A single banking relationship can't offer that breadth, and it's often what allows a transaction to close. When a business's profile is better suited to a government-guaranteed structure, we advise an SBA facility instead.
Our process
You provide financial statements and a brief application covering cash flow, existing debt, and what you're building toward.
Your advisor sets those numbers against your goal and walks you through the long-term plan before any information is shared externally.
We move the business into the facility best suited to it and see the transaction through to funding. The terms presented are the terms extended.
How we decide
Track record
Each began the same way: financial statements, a complete analysis, and an advisor who reviewed the findings with the owner before any agreement was signed.
“Working with Yehuda Cohen is an absolute pleasure. … Yehuda takes the time to understand you and your business. He then suggests (no high pressure) the right financial vehicle which you can afford, to help you grow your business! My business qualified for a 10 year SBA loan.”
